Celebrating Women in Travel – Give a Shout Out Ahead of the AWTE Lunch!

As part of the 2025 International Women’s Day Lunch on Friday 7 March, the Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) is inviting all travel professionals to recognise and celebrate the remarkable women in the travel industry who go above and beyond.

Whether it’s a colleague, mentor, or fellow professional, the AWTE wants to hear about the women making a difference through their dedication, leadership, and support.

Shout-outs will be displayed on a screen throughout the event and featured in a special tribute reel on social media next week, offering a public platform to appreciate and uplift the inspiring women shaping the industry.

With numerous messages already received, the AWTE is encouraging even more contributions from the industry, to ensure these incredible individuals get the recognition they deserve.

Submissions are open until tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4th. Those who wish to participate can click this link to share their tribute – choosing to display their name, or keep their submission anonymous.
