English Premier League results – Saturday

LONDON, United Kingdom (AFP) — English Premier League results on Saturday saw a 1-1 draw between Everton and West Ham. West Ham led with a single goal scored by Tomas Soucek in the 67th minute until Everton equalised in extra time with a goal from Jake O’brien.

Ipswich lost to Nottingham Forest 2-4 while another Saturday draw saw Manchester City and Brighton going two for two.
Erling Haaland scored an 11th minute penalty for City before Pervis Estupinan responded in the 21st minute.
Omar Marmoush found the back of the net for Man City, restoring their lead in the 39th minute before Abdukodir Khusanov shattered it in the 48th with an own goal.

Southampton lost to the Wolves 1-2 and playing later will be:

Bournemouth v Brentford (1730 GMT)

Following that on Sunday will be Arsenal v Chelsea, and Fulham v Tottenham, (1330 GMT) and Leicester v Manchester United (1900).
