Riviera Travel Announces Dates for Next Online Training Sessions for Irish Agents

Riviera Travel has announced that its next virtual training sessions for Irish agents will take place on the 13th and 27th February.

The update came following the success of the first virtual training session, which took place last week, with the number of attendees exceeding Riviera’s expectations and excellent engagement across the teams chat. The aim of the sessions is to support agents by updating them on any key developments that will assist them when selling Riviera Travel to the Irish market.

Agents that can attend the sessions will also be in with a chance to win a prize, with Paula Cross from Holiday Experts the lucky winner of a voucher from the first session.

Speaking about the training sessions, Vicky Billing, Head of Trade & Partnerships for Riviera Travel said: “We know that agents find it very difficult to train during peaks, so we pivoted to develop a quick ten-minute overview training session that enables agents to train during a busy period. Our e-learning platform Riviera Explorer features the latest Riviera news, updates and bite-sized training modules, along with all the peaks information, for Irish agents to engage with to improve their brand knowledge.

“We’ll be continuing to look at new ways to reach out to our trade partners so look out for more details via our social channels. We are delighted with the feedback we have gotten so far, and we are looking forward to continuing to work with and support our Irish agents.”
